JOHOR BAHRU: Seorang wanita yang bekerja sebagai penghantar barang ditahan semalam bagi membantu siasatan melibatkan kes penderaan anak lelakinya yang berusia enam tahun.
Ketua Polis Daerah Seri Alam, Asisten Komisioner Mohd. Sohaimi Ishak berkata, penahanan itu ekoran laporan polis dibuat seorang guru prasekolah Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Johor Jaya 3, kelmarin.
“Ibu mangsa yang berusia 31 tahun dipercayai merupakan suspek kes ini sudah ditahan reman selama enam hari bagi membantu siasatan.Sementara itu, wakil Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Johor memberitahu kanak-kanak tersebut telah diselamatkan dan kini berada di bawah jagaan pihaknya.“Kanak-kanak itu dalam keadaan selamat, manakala dua beradiknya berada di bawah jagaan ibu saudara,” menurut wakil JKM.
Difahamkan, mangsa tinggal bersama ibu serta adik-beradiknya yang lain di sebuah rumah sewa di Taman Desa Jaya, di sini. Guru prasekolah tersebut membuat laporan polis selepas mengesan beberapa kesan kecederaan termasuk lebam pada bahagian tangan dan belakang tubuh mangsa. – UTUSAN
