The 40-year-old striker is suspended for the World Cup playoff semi-final against the Czech Republic.

'Enjoy it while you can': Zlatan Ibrahimovic played down expectations at a press conference ahead of Sweden's World Cup playoffsMILAN - Zlatan Ibrahimovic said Tuesday that Sweden fans should not expect too much of him in the World cup playoffs and that he was"panicking" at the prospect of retiring.

But, while he showed he could still play a blinder in a press conference, he warned that he did not think he could keep going for a whole football match. Ibrahimovic was joined at the press conference by the 19-year-old Manchester United attacker Anthony Elanga, whose father, Cameroonian international Joseph Elanga, was a team-mate of Zlatan's at Malmo in 2000-1.

He played in each of the first two games, then missed the next 12 internationals, including Euro 2020, with injuries.
