According to the Sentinel, Rudolph said he could see the four men outside of his residence on a security camera and that he “put the firearm near the couch,” when he “went out there.”

Rudolph said that one of the men punched him and the others jumped him and also beat up his brother during the altercation.Rudolph claimed he saw one of the men pull a firearm out of his pocket, and that is when he said he went back inside to get his gun. The Sentinel said that weapon had a 100-round magazine. Rudolph testified that the men got into their car and he saw two guns raised at him.“No, I’m not guilty,” he told the defense, according to the Sentinel. “I saved me and my brother’s life.
