New Colorado head football coach Deion Sanders gives riveting speech in first meeting with players: 'I want ones that don't want to quit.'
It’s a formula he’s revealed after just one day on the job — combining cameras, social media and an old-school coaching style for the new name-image-and-likeness era of college football .
“Just post,” said his son, also known as Bucky. “You’ve just got to post. … You've got all eyes on you right now. … Everybody want to know what y'all about to do, who y'all are, what everything is." It's a carryover from his tenure at Jackson State in Mississippi, where his team went 12-0 this season and will be part of a docuseries on Sanders that will premier later this month on Amazon Prime. Some of the show will show his arrival at Colorado.
