'I feel vindicated': Vanara is ready to testify again against Bongo, as SCA orders retrial
Advocate Ntuthuzelo Vanara, who was the State's main corruption witness against Bongani Bongo , says he feels"vindicated" by the Supreme Court of Appeal's reversal of the ANC MP's summary acquittal – and is ready to testify against him at a retrial.
"Having studied the unanimous judgment of the SCA, I feel vindicated," Vanara told News24 on Monday night. "I will wait to hear from the National Prosecuting Authority on the future conduct of the retrial, and will testify when called upon to do so, in the same manner I did before."South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
