The group of ramps to be closed include northbound Interstate 283 ramp to northbound I-83 at Mile Marker 2.5, and the northbound I-83 ramp bridge spanning Route 322/Eisenhower Boulevard/I-283 at Mile Marker 46.
Detour signs will be in place during this period. Motorists traveling northbound on I-83 can instead take eastbound Route 322 to the Pen-Har Interchange, to Pen-Har Drive, then to Paxton Street and back onto Route 322 to return to northbound I-83.
Drivers traveling northbound on I-283 to northbound I-83 should take eastbound Route 322 and follow the same detour above to northbound I-83. The construction during this time will include concrete patching, milling, paving, and other work on I-83 and the connecting ramps and bridges in that span of the highway.
