HWANGMINHYUN cast as male lead in school action drama 'Study Group'
Based off of a popular webtoon of the same name, 'Study Group' tells the story of a young high school student with a talent for fist fights,. The only thing is, Ga Min really wants to become a student who earns good grades, and so he begins a study group at his school with the goal of getting into college.
Hwang Min Hyun will play the role of Yoon Ga Min, who appears at first glance like a generic bookworm type with his fair skin and glasses. Once you get to know him, you learn that he's the last ranked student in terms of grades at a high school known for its misfits. After starting his own study group, Ga Min must defend his group mates from danger so he can get into college.
