Hutang isi rumah Malaysia naik RM1.57 trilion

Hutang isi rumah Malaysia meningkat daripada RM1.53 trilion pada 2023 kepada RM1.57 trilion setakat Jun tahun ini.

PETALING JAYA: Jenis pembiayaan terbesar hutang isi rumah adalah membabitkan pinjaman perumahan iaitu merangkumi 61 peratus diikuti pinjaman kenderaan , pembiayaan peribadi dan pinjaman lain seperti pembelian harta bukan kediaman, hutang kad kredit, sekuriti dan sebagainya.

“Dasar ini memastikan individu meminjam mengikut kemampuan, membayar balik pinjaman dalam tempoh ditetapkan bagi mengelak beban hutang berlebihan. Beliau berkata demikian ketika menjawab pertanyaan Onn Abu Bakar dalam jawapan bertulis di Parlimen.
