Police say they found the human remains in a hole beneath a shed at the rear of the property this afternoon.

He said the case will be treated as a homicide and that it could take several days before investigators identify the remains.But Mr McEachern said police were "open-minded" about who it could be. "The investigation is very early on, there will be a lot of work to do, a lot of people to speak to as with any homicide investigation."
SA Police said on Monday that detectives went to the Kudla property just after 6pm on Sunday after "receiving information relating to the address".
