The Houston Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a man dead Thursday evening.
HOUSTON
“There was a number of shots fired as evidenced by the casings that are on the ground. We do believe this was a targeted incident,” Finner said. At a briefing, Houston police Chief Troy Finner said officers arrived to find a man in his mid-20s dead at the scene.
