Judge Arthur Engoron fined Trump for the second time after he violated a partial gag order imposed to stop him from attacking court staff.
Michael Cohen, former attorney to Donald Trump, suggested that the only way for the former president to obey a gag order amid his ongoing $250 million civil fraud trial is to threaten to put him in a cell.
