Dispensaries in towns like Fort Collins, Las Animas and Sedgwick have undoubtedly profited from their proximity to Wyoming, Kansas and Nebraska, respectively, but local governments in southern and western Colorado have embraced commercial cannabis more than those on the eastern and northern borders.
