Houston man sentenced to 50 years after shooting acquaintance in the head at a gas station

Authorities said the two men knew each other and were hanging out that night. According to authorities, Davis was dropped off at the gas station by a witness. Davis was seen wearing a dark hoodie and a mask over his nose and mouth. Davis shot him in the back of the head, and then shot Alcorn several more times after he fell down. Davis ran away from the scene.Houston police recovered surveillance footage showing Davis arrive at the store as well as the shooting.The witness provided enough information for Davis to be charged.
