The 258,100-square-foot warehouse project is being built on Interstate 35W, south of Interstate 20. The site is about 10 miles south of downtown Fort Worth.
“We are excited to continue our early success in the market with our third construction project, bringing our D-FW portfolio to almost 1 million square feet,” Alliance Industrial’s Levi Hermes said in a statement. “The superior I-35 visibility and great location in a fast-growing submarket make Point South Commerce a great addition to the Alliance Industrial portfolio.”
