The House constitutional amendments committee on Monday approved a bill providing for the composition of the constitutional convention (con-con) that will amend the 1987 Constitution. and a P10,000 a day salary for each delegate.
The House constitutional amendments committee on Monday approved the accompanying bill and committee report of Resolution of Both Houses No. 6 providing for the formation of a hybrid constitutional convention to amend the 1987 Constitution.
