The True Story Of The Egyptian Pharaoh Twosret Explained In "The Raven," the eighth and final episode of Netflix's The Fall of the House of Usher, Roderick compares Madeline to the Egyptian Pharaoh Twosret . The last ruler of Egypt's nineteenth dynasty , Twosret was one of the few women rulers of Ancient Egypt. While not as well-known as Nefertiti, Twosret has an equally compelling story, making her the perfect counterpart to Madeline Usher.
Roderick's Story About Queen Twosret's Sapphire Eyes Was Fictional Before Madeline realizes Roderick spiked her drink, she wonders why her brother brought so many of her possessions into the basement of their crumbling family home.
