Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan Dr Lee Boon Chye berkata, langkah itu dapat membantu kerajaan mengawal penularan wabak berkenaan di Malaysia.
"Pegawai kesihatan kami sedang menuju ke arah itu sebab ada beberapa perkara tidak semestinya selesai dengan pertemuan. "Saya merancang di Singapura atau Johor Bahru, tetapi perlu meneliti jadual kedua-dua pihak terlebih dulu yang dijangka minggu depan," katanya.
