Hormati perjanjian dimeterai, kerajaan tak buka semula kontrak DNB, kata Fahmi FMTNews FMTBerita
Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital Fahmi Fadzil, berkata kerajaan menegaskan pada masa depan semua kontrak melibatkan Digital Nasional Berhad akan ditender secara terbuka.
“Kerajaan semestinya menghormati prinsip, dengan izin ‘sanctity of contract’. Pada ketika ini ia belum lagi membuat apa-apa keputusan sama ada berkaitan kontrak-kontrak telah dilaksanakan atau telah ditandatangani sebelum ini. Mengulas lanjut, Fahmi berkata, DNB telah mengambil langkah melaksanakan amalan tadbir urus perolehan terbaik dan menjamin ketelusan dalam penilaian.
