Hong Kong authorities have arrested a man who allegedly tried to organize the escape of the ex-husband of murdered model Abby Choi. | via philstarlife

, the fifth suspect in Choi's case is a 47-year-old woman who similarly was alleged to have aided and abetted a murder suspect. Specifically, the said woman is suspected of helping Kwong evade the police.

According to superintendent Chung, his team will continue to work on the case and could make more arrests. However, he said he is unable to give any more details due to its ongoing legal proceedings. “My team and I will gather as much evidence as possible to successfully prosecute the suspects,” Chung said.

In late February, the Hong Kong model was discovered to have been killed and dismembered amid a financial dispute with her ex-husband and the latter’s family. Her partial remains have been discovered in a house set up as a butchery site, complete with an electric saw and meat grinder “that had been used to mince human flesh.
