Hong Kong business tycoon Jimmy Lai was arrested on Monday, while the offices of his pro-democracy newspaperwere raided by police, over allegations that he “colluded with foreign forces” in what is the most high-profile arrest since a controversial national security law was imposed by China in June.South China Morning Post via Getty Imagesbillionaire valued in 2008 at $1.2 billion, has been a critic of Beijing and a key pro-democracy activist since protests kicked off last year.
