Honda Civic Hybrid is 2025 North American Car of the Year; Civic is most honoured model in award’s history, the electrified variant of America’s most popular compact car. This is the fourth time the Civic nameplate has won NACOTY, bettered by no other nameplate in the award’s 30-plus years.
It’s also the second NACOTY win for the 11th-gen Civic and the seventh Honda to get a North American Car or Truck of the Year award – Civic and RS hybrid’s prices are unchanged.While most dream of the future, Jonathan Tan dreams of the past, although he's never been there.
