Homicide squad detectives are investigating the death of a woman in Melbourne, as a hunt is underway for two men who allegedly 'fled the scene' before emergency crews arrived.
Just after 11pm, emergency services were called to Stafford Street in Abbotsford, an inner-city suburb of Melbourne, to reports that a woman had been seriously injured.Officers attended the scene on Stafford Street on Thursday morning, stationed outside a brick building which appeared to be an apartment complex.
A teenage boy, whose age is unknown, had also been at the property on Wednesday, but was not physically injured.
