According to reports on Feb 10, Iris Corporation Bhd had entered into a share sale agreement with Tass Tech Technologies Sdn Bhd to dispose of 80% of the equity interest in its unit, Iris Information Technology Systems Sdn Bhd , for RM70mil in cash. The MACC is reportedly investigating a former prime minister and his son-in-law in relation to the project.
