HK star Elena Kong, 53, joins dating apps to seek hook-ups with men in their 30s

PETALING JAYA: The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, has suggested that electronic cigarettes or vapes be completely banned.
