'Some friendships are so strong, they can even transcend lifetimes,' is a quote from the popular animated series 'Avatar: The Last Airbender'. Although the story may be fiction, many have shown that there is a little bit of truth to that quote with the special bond they've created with their close friends.
Hong Kong actresses Carina Lau and Sandra Ng are one of those people as they've known each other since their school years. In a recent episode of the former's talk show, 'Jia Ren Zi You Yue', the two stars reminisce about the time they first met and even revealed that they used to bathe together as well. Both Sandra and Carina underwent training at the 12th TVB acting class in the early 1980s during their childhood which is how they became so close.
Carina explained that the reason for her shyness was that she could not speak Cantonese at the time and that she was grateful to Sandra for always present with her. Apart from that, it was also revealed that they were classmates with other Hong Kong stars such as Sean Lau , actress-host Margie Tsang and the late Yammie Lam .In the same interview, the two best friends also revealed that they would often bathe together when they were 17 or 18, further proving the special bond they have.
'You were curious about my figure?' asked the 'Dynasty Warriors' star to which the 58-year-old answered, 'Of course I was curious because I don't have such a figure!' We personally think that their beautiful close friendship is definitely something most would envy. Who knows, perhaps their bond could actually transcend lifetimes.
