High court sets Hasanah’s CBT case hearing to February 2020

THE high court today fixed 15 days, from February 3 next year, to hear the case of former Malaysian External Intelligence Organisation director-general Hasanah Abdul Hamid who is charged with criminal breach of trust of RM50.4 million belonging to the government. Judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah set the dates – February 3 to 7, February 10 to 14, and February 17 to 21, 2020 – when the case came up for case management today.
