The Longhorns have ended their season inside that stadium four times dating back to 2012, including two of the past three years. This season could make it three out of four, though an upset-filled championship weekend has muddied the postseason picture some.
The Utes will play in the Rose Bowl. The Wildcats are going to the Sugar Bowl. No. 5 Ohio State will likely jump into the CFP’s top four. And with no other one-loss teams left nationwide, TCU should still remain in the top four following a perfect regular season and competitive loss in the championship game.
The final CFP rankings and remainder of the FBS bowl matchups will be announced Sunday afternoon.
