Houston restaurants help in Ukraine humanitarian crisis
Kenny & Ziggy's delicatessen will make a donation to Razom for Ukraine for sales of its Ukrainian meatballs.Houston restaurants have created special menus and promotions to help aid in the Ukrainian crisis providing funding for food and relief efforts in the Ukraine and Poland.
Already Lucille’s restaurant in the Museum District has donated $10,000 to Ukraine’s National Guard Bank . Lucille’s also intends to donate a percentage of its proceeds each week to relief efforts.The bakery, with multiple area locations, has created a dessert happy hour to help support Ukrainian relief efforts. Available Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m.
