PAS menggesa Kementerian Belia dan Sukan tidak meneruskan program Impact Malaysia yang membabitkan lawatan ke rumah ibadat, kerana ia boleh meluaskan lagi jurang antara umat Islam dan bukan Islam. Setiausaha Agung PAS Takiyuddin Hassan berkata program itu akan bermasalah jika ia tidak mencapai matlamatnya, di mana ia dikatakan bertujuan memberi pendedahan tentang aspek agama berbeza di negara ini.
