Mobile has revealed the city's first electric garbage truck, and they're looking for submissions to name it:
Our first fully electric garbage truck is here! The City of Mobile is blazing the trail as the first city in the state to add an electric garbage truck to the fleet. This new truck is part of our continued efforts to become a more resilient city. We were able to make this purchase using more than $300,000 of ADECA grant funding that stemmed from a now-settled emissions lawsuit against Volkswagen.
This new truck is missing one thing — a name! Do you have any suggestions? Remember the name must be family-friendly and cannot contain any inappropriate language. Help name this truck
