Exercise should never be a dull affair if you’re doing it right
It’s not the first time Christensen has documented her workouts, either. She previously posted videos of herself doing anti-gravity sit ups, legs held by her trainer, Jason Lee. At the time, she detailed how she didn’t start working out until her mid-thirties , except to play table tennis and badminton, but credited exercise with giving her a “high”. She also discussed how she enjoyed “recruiting specific muscle groups” and feeling “strong and fit”.
Nature is, she says, a huge part of how she exercises: “I like sprinting through a forest, swimming in rivers or hiking up a mountain,” she wrote. Which makes sense, given that the great outdoors offers us a lot more than just a picturesque place to get our hearts racing.
