PETALING JAYA: It is a tale of sorrow and how an imported Covid-19 case led to a devastating chain of 41 infections that killed five family members.
Sharifah Huzaimah Wan Abdul Rahman Al-Edruce said for now, their focus was on the recovery of their family members.mStarThe first Covid-19 case within the cluster was detected when Sharifah’s 79-year-old grand-aunt, who was Patient 1,031, died on March 18.
“Not only do we have to deal with the challenge of losing family members, but the ridicule of others,” she said.Aida Nabila Mohamad Ghazali, who is the granddaughter of Patient 1,031, was quoted in a news report as saying she hoped people would be forthcoming about their travel history.
