Netflix’s action thriller Heart of Stone is planned as the start of a new franchise, and there are plenty of places for Heart of Stone 2 to go with its cast, story, and release date. Gal Gadot returns to the action genre with the role of international secret agent Rachel Stone, a potential new franchise hero, in Heart of Stone.
Heart Of Stone 2 Latest News In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Harper said that Heart of Stone is planned as the first part of a new action movie franchise. The character of Rachel Stone was conceived as a female alternative to well-known action heroes like James Bond and Jason Bourne, with the intention of following up Heart of Stone with Heart of Stone 2 and more sequels.
Heart Of Stone 2 Release Date Info Heart of Stone was first announced in December 2020 and ended up scoring a release date of August 11, 2023, nearly three years later. There were 32 months between Heart of Stone entering development and being released on Netflix. If Heart of Stone 2 is confirmed shortly after Heart of Stone’s release, then the sequel could be looking at a May 2026 release date.
Heart Of Stone 2 Cast Netflix hasn’t announced a cast for Heart of Stone 2, since the sequel hasn’t been greenlit yet. However, the sequel’s cast could see the return of several actors from the original movie. Gadot would, of course, reprise the title role of Rachel Stone in a potential Heart of Stone sequel. Gadot’s co-star Jamie Dornan might reprise his role as Parker, and Alia Bhatt could come back as her character Keya Dhawan.
