Heart Evangelista on Instagram shared her husband Sen. Chiz Escudero gave her the most thoughtful birthday present.
"17 years ago I filmed my telenovela 'Hiram na Mukha' they took a molding of my face at that time. I was 21 years old, through the years I always wondered where the molding was," Heart began.
Not only did Chiz locate the cast, he also had it commissioned by one of Heart's favorite artists Ferdinand Cacnio.Saying it was "the happiest birthday indeed," Heart ended her little note with a thank you to Chiz.
