The premiers have received a huge boost with Jarome Luai and Izack Tago cleared to return from injury for Friday’s first preliminary final against Melbourne.
Penrith’s star playmaker Jarome Luai has overcome a dislocated shoulder and will play against Melbourne in Friday night’s preliminary final.
There were doubts Luai would be back at all this season after he landed awkwardly on his left shoulder against Parramatta last month. Phil Gould said at the start of the week the chances of Luai returning against the Storm were “one million to one”.
