“We have monitoring…He is in Southeast Asia,” Remulla told reporters in an ambush interview during the culminating activity for the release of 401 persons deprived of liberty.“I would advise him to go home. Kung talagang wala syang kasalanan, lalabas sya [If he really did nothing with , he’ll surface] ,” Remulla added.
Remulla admitted that Teves is among those subject to an investigation for the Degamo killings, which is why they will be making a request to the International Criminal Police to put him on Blue Notice.
