assistant chief of the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable's Office has been arrested in a prostitution sting conducted by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, the latter agency said.
Harris was relieved of duty and terminated immediately after the arrest, Precinct Constable Ted Heap said Thursday in a news release.Harris joined Precinct 5 after retiring from the Houston Police Department, where he was a homicide detective for more than 20 years.
