The NFL Films crew caught Baker giving an impassioned speech before the Cardinals’ home game against the Eagles in Week 5 in which he attempted to rally his teammates. In an emotional and expletive-filled speech, he said, among other things, “I’m tired of losing! It hurts my heart! I’m tired of losing at home.”
