Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Pulau Pinang Zulkifli Long berkata, tempoh yang dibenarkan bagi pengurusan ibadat itu antara 8 pagi hingga 6 petang.

"Pengurusan ibadat itu perlu melalui permohonan dan kelulusan daripada Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah masing-masing yang menjadi syarat utama kepada Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan dan Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar ," katanya kepada NSTP, hari ini. Katanya, peserta juga tidak dibenarkan berada dalam kawasan pengurusan korban dan boleh hadir secara berperingkat bagi mengambil bahagian korban masing-masing."Petugas dan peserta perlu mengikut prosedur operasi standard yang ditetapkan seperti memakai pelitup muka dan sarung tangan," katanya.
