Hanya 1.8 peratus penduduk Johor yang menerima dos penggalak kedua daripada kira-kira empat juta populasi negeri ini.
Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Kesihatan dan Perpaduan negeri, Ling Tian Soon berkata, jumlah itu menunjukkan perbezaan ketara berbanding jumlah penerima dos penggalak pertama iaitu sebanyak 56.7 peratus.
“Individu yang menerima dos penggalak pertama pula adalah sebanyak 56.7 peratus, manakala dos penggalak kedua jauh lebih rendah iaitu hanya 1.8 peratus. Menteri Kesihatan, Dr. Zaliha Mustafa dilaporkan berkata, sebarang ketetapan baharu, langkah tambahan termasuk mewajibkan ujian Covid-19 atau perubahan prosedur operasi standard menerima kemasukan pengembara terbabit akan diputuskan Kabinet.
