McMorris himself grew up spending a lot of time in the Fort Qu’Appelle Valley, snowboarding at Mission Ridge, which he calls an “awesome little Ma and Pa Hill.” “it was super fun to be competing up in Canada and an amazing turnout,” said McMorris. “Obviously, not the result I wanted, but I was happy to ride in the final and there was something like around 15,000 who came out.
