KOTA KINABALU: Sulaman assemblyman Hajiji Noor has been named Sabah PPBM chief, putting to rest speculation on who will lead the party in Sabah.
In his speech at the launching of Sabah PPBM here today, PPBM president Muhyiddin Yassin also announced the party had received as many as 130,000 membership applications from Sabah. As many as 20,000 PPBM members painted the International Technology and Commercial Centre red with their presence.PPBM chairman Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who is also prime minister, has arrived to officially launch Sabah PPBM.
