According to the weather bureau, monsoon rains will prevail over the Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Zambales, and Bataan. Metro Manila, the Cordillera Administrative Region, CALABARZON, and the rest of Central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Forecast winds in Northern and Central Luzon will be moderate to strong with moderate to rough waters.The sun will set at 6:25 p.m. It will rise 5:27 a.m. on Tuesday.
