Convicted drug lord Joaquín Guzmán, also known as El Chapo, has asked a federal judge to reinstate his telephone call and visiting privileges at the supermax prison in Colorado. In a letter to the judge, Guzmán requested authorization for his wife and daughters to visit him, citing their school break as the only available time for them to visit.
