Residents have been asked to stay indoors after a man was shot at a grain silo.
Residents reported hearing a gunshot in the Kellerberrin area, more than 200km east of Perth, on Thursday morning.“Police urge anyone in the Kellerberrin and Bencubbin areas, near Mission Rd, to stay indoors and avoid travelling by any means,” police said.
A man, identified by police as 25-year-old Lachlan Bowles, allegedly discharged a firearm about 8.40am at a grain silo before driving away.WA PoliceBowles is described as about 175cm tall with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes.His vehicle is a 2007 grey Holden Commodore with the registration 1CRB764.
