Josh Bell returns from the MLB paternity list, as Brayan Rocchio heads back to Columbus.
The Guardians optioned Brayan Rocchio back to Triple-A for a third time this season.CLEVELAND, Ohio — Guardians rookie infielder Brayan Rocchio is heading back to Triple-A Columbus to make room for Josh Bell on the 26-man active roster.
Cleveland optioned Rocchio, a switch-hitting shortstop, back to the Clippers on Tuesday as Bell was reinstated from the MLB paternity list. Bell missed the team’s series in Minnesota to be with his wife as the couple welcomed their second daughter late last week.
