The Guardians aren't going to let Terry Francona walk away at the end of this season without a tip of the cap.

The team has followed his lead out of respect for all he’s accomplished, but before Wedneday’s game in Kansas City they made this announcement, “Since Tito has talked about the possibility of stepping down at the end of the season, in recognition of all his accomplishments and our deep appreciation for all he has given our organization, our city and our fans, we wanted to acknowledgte and thank him on the last home game of the season on Wednesday night against Cincinnati.
