Guan Eng promises RM180 million in annual highway savings to commuters

COMMUTERS will receive savings of RM180 million a year after Putrajaya acquires four highway concessions, said Lim Guan Eng. The Finance Minister said that the consumer savings will come under the new congestion charge system that was previously announced and will go straight into the disposable income of Malaysian households.
