PUTRAJAYA: Former Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng has arrived at the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters here for another round of questioning at around 12.37pm.
Lim was scheduled to arrive at around 10am on Saturday but arrived at around 12.37pm as he was delayed by nearly two hours as the car he was travelling in suffered a puncture near Ipoh.
Sources in the MACC said the former Finance Minister will be required to come for a second round of questioning. The project is being probed by the anti-graft authority again following fresh leads, and graft investigators have so far questioned close to a dozen people over the case. The MACC have also visited the offices of state Public Works, Utilities and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Zairil Khir Johari and Deputy Chief Minister II Dr P. Ramasamy.
