KOTA KINABALU: Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) will take disciplinary action against Kemabong assemblyman Datuk Rubin Balang if it is found that he masterminded his son Riduan's move to contest as an independent in the Tenom seat.

"I will need to get the full report first before any action can be taken against Rubin," said Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, who is also GRS chairman, during a visit to Papar on Saturday .

Hajiji, who is also Sabah Chief Minister, said that Rubin was seen in a photo with his son in a KDM event on Friday.
